Kathy Smith, CPA, MBA has been an accounting and tax professional for over 25 years working primarily with small and medium sized businesses. She worked in numerous southern California tax law firms and CPA offices honing her skills.

Kathy is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California. She earned her BS degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, 1985 and her MBA from University of California – Irvine, 1994.
